Max Breese
Max is an Architect and has been making ceramics for over 10 years, learning in evening classes before moving to Studio Pottery London five years ago.
His work is thrown and driven by function. He experiments with tones and colours on the body of the clay and uses slip and stains to alter or intensify the character of the piece through the choice of mark making and combination with glazes.
He likes to make work that combines decorative craft with useful purpose so that the pieces can be regularly used and enjoyed as part of your daily routine.
