Our studio is a light-filled space in the heart of London, offering structured pottery workshops designed to foster collaboration, focus and creative confidence — ideal for staff away days, leadership retreats and wellbeing initiatives.
A beautifully curated and calming environment in Belgravia, Studio Pottery London specialises in wheel-throwing – working with clay on the potter’s wheel – alongside pottery painting (with a wide selection of bisque ware) and handbuilding workshops.
We can host groups of up to 60 guests and tailor your session to suit your needs – whether a focused 1.5-hour experience or a full-day event. We can also incorporate food and beverage, brand activations, product launches and DJs. Our team brings over 100 years of combined experience across pottery, corporate events and hospitality, ensuring exceptional client service throughout.
By exercising creativity together, teams experience a sense of fulfilment and relaxation. Clay is a humble medium of the earth. It requires patience, diligence and calm. Through careful hands and sound intent, an object of beauty is created.
You will learn how to centre – secure the clay on the wheel – and, of course, throw – pulling the walls of the clay into a cylinder. Our kiln and glazing room are attended to by our technician. You have the option to have your completed work trimmed, glazed and fired should you wish to have it collected within 2-4 weeks.
